| Infrastructure Systems: This course attempts to expose the students with knowledge base related to various sub-sectors which is relevant for planning and management. The course intends to cover sector profile and developments, issues and options, planning principles and practice and financing and cost recovery |
| Infrastructure Development and Project Finance: This course is framed to impart the concepts through the basic theory and principles of finance and then help the students to develop knowledge, skills and frameworks for analyzing and financing infrastructure projects through relevant case studies and hands on exercises in developing financial spreadsheets. |
| Highway Planning and Design: This course covers most of the important aspects related to highways, common software, planning & design parameters, financing models and important case studies etc. |
| Transportation Planning: Overview of transportation planning process; transportation planning process and analytical models; planning and design of urban roads; transport problems in urban areas; mass transportation systems. |
| Advanced Infrastructure Planning: This course is to equip the planners with the requisite skills and real life knowledge of planning and management of urban infrastructure services. |
| Advanced Transportation Planning: This course strives to give students the basic skills and knowledge base about aspects related to evaluating transportation system. The topic the course would cover aspect related accessibility and mobility measures. The course would also deal with transportation theories in time space geography and activity based demand models. |
| Port Planning: This course prepares students to understand the intricacies of planning and management of a sea port, its hinterland, input-output links, financial model and business plan. |
