Campus: The CEPT has its own campus of about 3.65 ha (9 acres) situated near the Gujarat University, Navrangpura area. Besides, the campus has about 10 ha. Of land nearby the existing campus for the future expansion. |

Hostels: Accommodation is available for full-time male students of the School at the CEPT hostel. Accommodation for full-time female students is arranged in the Professors’ Quarters/Ladies Hostel run by the Ahmedabad Education Society. All the hostels are located at about 5-10 minutes’ walking distance from the CEPT campus. |

Library: The library has approximately 50,000 books related to urban and regional planning, environmental planning and design, housing, infrastructure, architecture, civil engineering, visual arts, humanities, etc. Besides the library has an inter-library book-loan arrangement with other reputed institutions in the city. The library receives about 100 journals. |

Computer Laboratory: The computer laboratory is adequately equipped with 30 Pentium PCs capable of handling statistical analysis, architectural and graphic design, geographic information system, and other computer applications. It also has CD writing, scanning, printing facilities, and dedicated cable internet connectivity. |

Remote Sensing Laboratory: This laboratory is equipped with sophisticated optical instruments such as procam, high magnification enlargers, large format optical enlarger, and optical reflecting projector. It is also equipped with light tables, stereoscopes, and various other instruments for interpreting aerial photographs and satellite images. |

Environment Laboratory: Set up with the objective of supporting energy conservation programs, this laboratory is equipped with sophisticated equipments for conducting energy audits and for energy environmental testing. It is equipped with facilities for conducting water and wastewater quality tests and air quality monitoring. |

Transportation Laboratory: A full-fledged transportation laboratory equipped with instruments for traffic, transportation, and environmental studies. State of the art equipments like speer radars, GPS enabled instruments are available.TRIPS, Max, ME3 softwares are also available for transportation modelling. |

GIS and DIP Laboratory: The geographical information systems (GIS) and digital image processing (DIP), lab is functioning with 3 HP workstations and 6 X-terminals. Unix-based six-license of Arc Info has been installed. Advanced software TNP Mips, Geomedia, etc., for GIS applications and EASI/PACE, ILWIS for DIP work are available. |

Internet: CEPT Campus is wi-fi enabled completely. Besides, CEPT runs a cyber café with 12 Pentium III PCs with dedicated cable internet connectivity (128 kbps) at subsidized rates for students. |
